Hollywood Cast Lined-up

Black Ops hollywood cast announced.

Activision and Treyarch have just revealed two famous actors that will be voice-acting in Black Ops.

Gary Oldman will return to voice Viktor Reznov while Ed Harris will voice CIA operative Jason Hudson who is one of the game's leading protagonists.

Reznov was a very fierce Russian squad leader of the Red Army during World War II in Call of Duty: World at War. Oldman done a very good job playing the part, therefore it's welcoming news that he will be reprising his role in Black Ops.

Gary Oldman has featured in many blockbuster films such as Sid & Nancy, The Professional, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and the Harry Potter series. He has even played as Lee Harvey Oswald in the "JFK" film.

This is the first time that Ed Harris has featured in a Call of Duty game. He will be voicing CIA operative Jason Hudson and has also featured in many blockbuster films. He has been in The Right Stuff, The Abyss, Apollo 13 and George Romero's Knightriders.

But it doesn't stop there. Screenwriter David S. Goyer has signed up to do "script consultation and aid in story development". He has screenplay credits on Blade, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. He is also signed up to do upcoming films such as the Superman flick, The Man of Steel and the third Batman film which will be directed by Christopher Nolan.

Here is what Treyarch's Studio Head Mark Lamia had to say about Oldman, Harris and Goyer.

Oldman, Harris and Goyer are considered some of Hollywood's finest talents and they perfectly complement Call of Duty: Black Ops' ambitious and immersive single player experience. Their contributions have helped us to push the boundaries of our story telling and character development far beyond anything we have ever attempted before in the franchise. ~ Mark Lamia
